Tips for choosing the best rug for your space

Living Room

The rug should be large enough to fit under the main furniture. About 12–18 inches of floor should remain visible around the rug edges to provide balance.

Dining Room

The rug should extend at least 24 inches beyond the edges of the table, ensuring that the chairs remain on the rug even when pulled out for use.

Bedroom

The rug should extend beyond the edges of the bed. Runners can also be placed on each side of the bed to provide extra comfort and style.

Entryway & Hallways

Runners are best used for long and narrow spaces, such as entryways, kitchens, or hallways.
